Rate: £24.00 – £32.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Post Covid Recovery team in Taunton.
What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?
As a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist – Post Covid Recovery, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients recovering from Covid-19, with a specific focus on those experiencing long-term conditions such as ME/CFS and Post Covid-19 Syndrome. You will work closely with patients on a 1:1 basis to develop self-management strategies and restorative movement techniques, while independently managing a complex caseload. Your role will involve delivering tailored rehabilitation programs to enhance patients’ respiratory function and overall physical well-being. Proven experience in clinical practice within the NHS or an equivalent healthcare setting is essential, alongside strong communication and organizational skills to support patient recovery effectively.
