Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6/7 Locum MSK Physiotherapist to join Barnsley Hospital on a part-time basis. The role involves assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, delivering manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation in a busy hospital setting.

You will work two days per week, start ASAP, and contribute to multidisciplinary care while maintaining high clinical standards and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
• Experience working in an MSK setting.
• Significant post-graduate clinical experience, including exposure to musculoskeletal/orthopaedics, medical/surgical/ITU, and neurology.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

Job Description: We are seeking a Band 6/7 Locum MSK Physiotherapist to join our team at Barnsley Hospital. What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?
