Location: Potters Bar
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45000.00 per annum

Description:

Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist, who is looking to become part of a mental health service dedicated to adults and adolescents, featuring two adult acute wards and two low secure CAMHS wards.

About the role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people.

Your main responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:

Duties: You will manage and lead the adult and CAMHS service. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, which provide patients with the confidence, skills, and coping strategies required for independent living.

What we are looking for in an Occupational Therapist:

  • HCPC registered.
  • Experience of working within Mental Health, preferably with both CAMHS and Adult experience
  • Experience of inpatient work.
