Job Description

Working in a small and friendly team within a larger CNS team, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of other dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals to care for patients and their families, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work. As a skilled practitioner, you will be responsible for the delivery of patient-focused programmes of care, which address the complex and changing health and well-being needs of the client group in your caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Work with other professional groups in secondary and primary settings to develop and maintain holistic services for people with cancer.
  • Deliver patient-focused programmes of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse.
  • 1st degree or equivalent experience.
  • Specialist academic study in area.
  • Significant post-registration experience.
  • Relevant post-registration experience in cancer or appropriate specialty.
  • Experience in facilitation/teaching/assessing.
  • Experience of multi-professional working.
  • Understanding of audit and research.
  • Evidence of advanced communication skills.
