Biomedical Scientist Position at Pulse

The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is recruiting a Band 6-7 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Transfusion for a role in Bournemouth. We seek a professional capable of making a significant impact supporting the laboratory's service.

Position Details
  • Role: Biomedical Scientist
  • Banding: 6/7
  • Location: Bournemouth
  • Hours: Full-time (9:00 to 17:30)
  • Duration: 3 months or ongoing
Responsibilities

As a Biomedical Scientist specializing in haematology and blood transfusion, you will be expected to have extensive experience using analysers for full blood counts (FBC), coagulation testing, and blood typing. Your duties will include maintaining and troubleshooting analysers, ensuring accurate blood type matching, and performing routine laboratory tasks.

Essential Requirements
