Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Renal Ward on 10 East. This is a chance for the successful candidate to contribute to the exceptional care we provide and gain extensive experience in renal nursing.

Main duties of the job
Working shifts as a registered nurse on the renal ward, part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care in line with trust values.
Responsibilities include acute and chronic medical care, managing deteriorating patients, wound and pain management, diabetes care, health promotion, patient education, complex discharge planning, sepsis treatment, end-of-life care, dementia and delirium care. Opportunities exist to join our inpatient renal wards teams.
