Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Renal Ward on 10 East. This is a chance for the successful candidate to contribute to the exceptional care we provide and gain extensive experience in the dynamic field of renal nursing.

Main duties of the job
  1. Working shifts as a registered nurse on the renal ward, as part of the multidisciplinary team, to deliver the highest quality care to patients in line with trust values.
  2. Being responsible for delivering excellent patient care to an allocated group of patients, providing total patient care.
  3. Clinical duties include managing acute and chronic medical conditions, deteriorating patients, wound care, pain management, diabetes management, health promotion, patient education, complex discharge planning, sepsis treatment, end-of-life care, dementia, and delirium care.
