You should be able to explain financial concepts to non-finance staff and present financial data clearly to support decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Essential: Five GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or A to C pre-2019), including Maths & English.
  • Desirable: Progression to CCAB Qualification or relevant experience.
Experience
  • Essential: Experience in Management Accounts and understanding of management accounting concepts.
  • Desirable: NHS or large organization experience covering the full financial cycle and understanding of NHS targets and performance frameworks.
