Do you have a passion for using information to help service managers and clinicians deliver effective high-quality services that make a real difference to service users and carers?
Our Information Team works closely with operational services, delivering analytical support and continuously developing reporting systems and services to help meet this challenge. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Reporting Analyst to join us and make substantial contributions to this work. In this role, you will be part of a team working to gain detailed understanding of services’ activities, issues, and challenges, then providing high-quality analytical support and insights. You will ensure that all regular reports and data sets are delivered on time and to specification, carry out individual pieces of analysis, participate in projects to extend reporting capability, automate production of routine reports and data sets, and increase the availability and accessibility of information to clinicians and managers.
The post-holder will be embedded in our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), providing detailed ongoing support as a key member of the service team, with regular on-site attendance.
They will also have the opportunity to work with, and develop a good knowledge and understanding of, an interesting range of other mental health services, for example:
Welcome to Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Our 4000 clinical and support staff help us to improve mental health wellbeing and meet the needs of the 70,000 people we serve each year. We provide a range of mental healthcare services across Birmingham and Solihull, as well as specialised services nationally. We also offer medical, nursing, and psychology training and are proud of our international reputation for both research and innovation.
Our population is culturally diverse, characterized in places by high levels of deprivation, which create an increasing demand for our services and a necessity for us to ensure everyone can access the help they need. We are a team of compassionate, inclusive, and committed people working together to provide excellent care to support our community. If you are looking for a place to belong, where you can make a real difference to people’s lives, join our team where our warm welcome is waiting for you.
