Band 5 Registered Nurse - Mile End Hospital - Barts Health NHS Trust

Pulse Nursing are currently seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our growing team to work for Barts Health NHS Trust. We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in Barts Health Trust paying between £19.61 - £30.57 per hour.

As a Band 5 Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high standards of care to patients across various medical and surgical wards. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, using your clinical skills and compassion to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that care plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in line with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, perform clinical observations, and respond to any changes appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and ongoing professional development.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that enhances patient recovery and wellbeing.
Registered Nurse Role Requirements:
  • NMC Registration 6 months
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV
  • Right to work within the UK - Proof will be required.
