Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Banding: Band 5

Location: Rhyl, North Wales

Rate: £30.00 - £55.76 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our team in Rhyl, North Wales. As a RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals, promoting their recovery and supporting their mental health needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver care in a variety of settings, helping patients to manage their conditions and live more fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventions
  • Support patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recovery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of need
  • Ensure the delivery of care in line with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards
