Job Role:

This role is based within the Cheshire region. The RGN Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses will support the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Team Leader.

As an RGN Band 5 or Band 6 Nurse, you must have a degree in nursing and at least 6 months of solid NHS experience.

You will be responsible, with support, for managing a client caseload with associated support needs, maintaining accurate records, and acting in accordance with NMC registration requirements and the Code of Conduct.

You will provide nursing assessments, undertake clinical procedures, and coordinate care plans, working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
