Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Skills & Qualifications
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
• General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
