Are you a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in Manchester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Details:
  1. Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
  2. Location: Manchester
  3. Duration: Ongoing Contract
  4. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM, 45-minute lunch
  5. Start Date: ASAP
  6. Rate of Pay: £18 - £22 depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving patient care in a hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing pharmacy technician duties within a hospital environment
  • Managing medication supply, dispensing, and stock control
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective medication use
  • Providing clinical support to maintain high standards of care
  • Contributing to audits and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A current and valid GPHC Registration as a Pharmacy Technician
  • ACT Qualification (preferred)
  • NHS experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • A commitment to high-quality care and patient safety
Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time position, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing with a strong chance of extension based on performance and service needs.
