Are you a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician looking for a rewarding locum role in Manchester? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
• Location: Manchester
• Duration: Ongoing Contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, 45-minute lunch
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £18 - £22 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving patient care in a hospital setting. You will:

• Perform pharmacy technician duties within a hospital environment
• Assist in managing medication supply, dispensing, and stock control
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective medication use
• Provide clinical support, maintaining high standards of care
• Contribute to audits and quality improvement processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPHC Registration as a Pharmacy Technician
• ACT Qualification (preferred)
• NHS experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting patient safety

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time position with hours of Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
