We are seeking a proactive and compassionateBand 5 Occupational Therapistto join our NHS client in Southall, Middlesex. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload under supervision, delivering occupational therapy interventions to support patient recovery and independence.
  • Conduct assessments of patients’ functional abilities and needs in daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and service development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Newly qualified or up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
