Position Overview:

As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges in Petersfield. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess clients’ functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and well-being. This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of clients’ occupational performance and functional abilities, considering their mental health needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions addressing cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial challenges.
  • Support clients in developing coping strategies and adaptive skills to enhance independence and quality of life.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current HCPC registration.
