Job Opportunity: Band 5 Nurse in Aylesbury

Archer Resourcing is pleased to present a great new opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team in Aylesbury!

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic registered nurse to provide high standards of nursing care. The ideal candidate will work well in a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Providing excellent care and support to patients
  2. Performing comprehensive assessments, planning, monitoring, and evaluating patient care
  3. Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
  4. Maintaining and developing high standards of nursing care in line with professional practice
Requirements:
  1. Experience with research-based and reflective practice
  2. Degree relevant to NMC registration
  3. Significant clinical experience
  4. Knowledge of clinical governance and audit processes
  5. Experience supporting practice development in clinical settings
  6. Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) for fast-tracked recruitment
  7. NMC registration
  8. Mandatory training certificates
