Role: Pharmacy Technician
Banding: Band 5
Location: Lincoln
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Weekends considered).
Rate: £19 – £23 per hour

About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled MMT Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our pharmacy services and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support within the pharmacy department.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACT qualification or willing to work towards qualification.
  • Must be a registered with GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months hospital experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Labelling and dispensing experience and knowledge of JAC computer system.
  • Experience of undertaking role of Medicines.
