We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality cardiac diagnostic services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of non-invasive cardiac tests and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

What will your responsibilities be:

As a Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of non-invasive cardiac tests, including ECGs, Holter monitoring, and exercise tolerance tests. You will work closely with patients to explain procedures, ensure their comfort, and accurately record test results. You will collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and contribute to patient care plans. You will also be expected to maintain and calibrate equipment, adhere to clinical protocols, and stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiac diagnostics. You will participate in quality assurance activities, assist in the training and supervision of junior staff, and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures. You will also be involved in patient education, providing information on heart health and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Degree in Cardiac Physiology or related field
  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience in a non-invasive cardiac diagnostic setting
  • Proficiency in conducting ECGs, Holter monitoring, and exercise tolerance tests
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording test results
