Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual EPR training sessions to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Design and adapt user-friendly training materials in collaboration with training leads and project managers.
  • Conduct training across multiple clinical areas including inpatients, outpatients, theatres, A&E, ePMA, and more.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation via classroom delivery, floorwalking, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Utilise tools such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
  • Engage with “super users” to embed sustainable EPR knowledge across teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering EPR training within NHS or healthcare environments.
  • Solid understanding of digital systems in healthcare—experience with Meditech Expanse or OpenEyes is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor learning to different audiences.
  • Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and online training content.
  • A car driver is preferable due to the need to travel between training sites.
