Job description

We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Community Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Dartford, North Kent, to help us continue to make positive changes.

If you are newly qualified, consider our forward-thinking Preceptorship scheme, which has recently been awarded a Quality Mark. This scheme combines face-to-face training, e-Learning, and workshops to support your career development.

This is a full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week). The community nursing team operates across 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential.

Main duties of the job

This role allows you to utilize your NMC/1st level registration effectively. You should be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a flexible approach, are important to deliver positive experiences to patients throughout their healthcare journey.

You will care for patients and their families, delivering high standards of service, sharing best practices, and actively seeking to improve our ways of working to continue making a difference.
