A leading healthcare trust is seeking a dedicated individual to support its Immunology clinical trials. Responsibilities include patient consent, sample management, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial guidelines. This is a valuable opportunity for those looking to expand their skills in the dynamic area of clinical research.
The post holder will primarily support the Immunology Portfolio. Responsibilities will include consenting patients performing patient observations, assisting in identifying and recruiting patients to clinical trials, managing sample collection including phlebotomy and processing of some clinical trial samples, creation and maintenance of files for clinical trials, assisting in clinical trial data entry and maintenance of databases of trial activity.
Other responsibilities will include assisting with the creation and maintenance of clinical trial master files and databases of clinical trial activity, assisting with basic trial administration and processing biological samples.
Overlooking safety of patients participating in clinical trials.
The post holder will be expected to develop skills and knowledge relating to the conduct of clinical trials.
The post holder will work within the guidelines of ICH GCP at all times.
