About the Role:
Join our dedicated and dynamic rehabilitation team at South London & Maudsley. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, focusing on holistic and patient-centered approaches.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £27 per hour.

Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • Provide specialized physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with non-organic symptoms, including persistent pain, chronic fatigue, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for managing symptoms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • HCPC registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Proven experience in neuro physiotherapy.
  • Experience working with non-organic symptoms such as persistent pain, chronic fatigue, and FND.
  • Ability to start in September, ideally on Monday the 2nd.
  • Experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team.
