Position: Biomedical Scientist – Biochemistry
Banding: 5/6
Location: Yorkshire
Rate: £25.00 – £26.00 per hour
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Duration: On going

The Biomedical Science team at Pulse are currently recruiting a Band 5/6 Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry to work in a busy NHS Hospital in Yorkshire. We are looking for a biomedical scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory’s service.

What will you be doing in this Biomedical Scientist role?

As a Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry, you will be expected to be proficient in using analysers in Biochemistry automation. If you have additional experience in more manual or specialist techniques such as protein electrophoresis or HPLC that would be a plus.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be supporting the senior biomedical scientists in the delivery of the service and providing guidance to junior members of staff.

Essential Requirements for this Biomedical Scientist position:

    • HCPC registered
    • UK NHS or private sector Biochemistry laboratory experience
