Job summary

Cpl UK Healthcare is recruiting for a Band 5/6 ACT Pharmacy Technician in Northampton on a temporary basis. Role involves accuracy checking across the dispensary and supporting safe, efficient dispensing to patients.

Requirements include GPhC registration, ACT qualification, and at least 6 months NHS hospital experience. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a pay of £20–£26 per hour. Start 14 September 2026, ongoing contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accuracy Checking Technician to join a busy NHS pharmacy team in Northampton, with positions available at both Band 5 and Band 6 level. You will be responsible for providing accuracy checking support across the dispensary, ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medicines to patients. Duties will include the accuracy checking of dispensed items, supporting the smooth running of the dispensary, and working closely with the wider pharmacy team to maintain high standards of accuracy and patient safety.
