About Pulse

The Audiologist team at Pulse is recruiting for a Band 5/6/7 Home Based Audiologist. The successful candidate will cover Midlands-based roles including test appointments, hearing aid dispensing, services, and annual checkups. Access to a personal vehicle is required to cover areas such as Bristol, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and surrounding regions. Equipment will be provided, and candidates are expected to commit to 2-3 days per week. Ideally, candidates should be Microsuction trained and possess commercial awareness to grow in private sector audiology. NHS experience is desirable.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • HCPC registered
  • Experience in Audiology
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Directly Observed Manual Skills, ensuring accurate and safe practice
  • Experience training and supervising junior staff in manual audiological procedures
  • Knowledge of audiological test procedures related to hearing assessment and aural rehabilitation
