A leading NHS Trust in Enfield is looking for Waiting List Coordinators to support their central admissions service. The role requires flexibility in working patterns, building effective relationships with staff, and upholding principles of World Class Care. Ideal candidates should feel comfortable working within a team and interacting with patients respectfully. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

The post holder will be expected to work as part of the central admissions team and will build relationships with key staff providing an efficient, reliable service for patients in all specialties to ensure that these separate elements unite and are working as one team with a common goal. It is important that the waiting list coordinators function as a team, supporting each other with workloads. The post holder must be flexible in their approach and be able to work within the department’s shift pattern and within all specialties covered by admissions, providing cover as required. The post holder will ensure that at all times the principles of World Class Care are upheld and that he/she is an ambassador for the Trust by consistently welcoming, remaining actively respectful, clearly communicating and being visibly reassuring with patients and colleagues alike.
