Band 4 Trainee Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner - Warminster

To work under close supervision from case management and clinical skills supervisors, as a member of the multidisciplinary team. To support individuals to engage in collaborative care and treatment planning, identifying needs, setting goals and exploring options and actions to meet needs/achieve goals.
