Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Project Support Assistant to provide essential support to the HR Team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth design and delivery of equip across the Belfast Trust. You will help co-ordinate activities, progress actions, and ensure staff are supported during this exciting stage of transformation.

Location: Belfast South

Salary: Band 4 - £13.57 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and project support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, taking notes, and maintaining planners and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records and support project office functions such as data collection, document control and reporting.
  • Support the HR equip readiness agenda by co-ordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring project data is high quality and up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans.
  • Organise and support events such as workshops, training sessions and seminars.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR readiness queries, ensuring these are acted upon promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with HR staff and readiness teams to ensure the successful progression of equip activities.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
  • Motivated, flexible and able to manage priorities within a dynamic project environment.
