Job description

This position is based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Personal assistant to the CDG10A Senior Management Team.

CDG10A is looking to recruit a professional, highly organized personal assistant to the Medical Director and Deputy Medical Director and other members of the Senior Management Team. As the first point of contact for people engaging with the divisional management team, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to respond to changing service demands at short notice are essential.

It is desired that the post-holder will have significant experience working as a personal assistant to executive level staff within the NHS or another complex organization. Experience in diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking, creating purchase orders for the CDG and a sound working knowledge of the NHS is integral.

Qualifications

*Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9-4

*Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in a clerical environment

Experience

*Experience of working as a Secretary

*Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
