We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for 2 x Band 4 Occupational Therapy technician posts within the babies, children and young people's Occupational Therapy team based at Ysgol Y Deri special school. One post is full time, and the other is term time only. The school caters to children and young people aged 3-19 years with diverse needs. The post holder will work closely with Occupational Therapists, multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and classroom staff to ensure timely occupational therapy interventions. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing Occupational Therapy interventions under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT). The OT team collaborates with children, young people, and their families to deliver assessments and interventions.
