Position: Nursing Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to join our Devizes Community Team, where we work across homes, hospitals, and community bases to provide high-quality care — as close to home as possible.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be an integral part of our multidisciplinary community team, working alongside:
Community Nurses
Clinical Leads
Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists
Healthcare and Rehab Support Workers
GPs and other key partners
In this role, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in their own homes — delivering both planned and unplanned care, contributing to assessments, and supporting patients to stay well and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
What We’re Looking For:
Nursing Associate Foundation Degree & NMC registration
Experience in a healthcare setting
A compassionate, flexible team player who thrives under pressure
Strong communication and IT skills
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
