Our Moray relief pool is growing, with relief job opportunities in Buckie and Elgin. These relief contracts offer flexibility—you tell us when you're available, and we try to assign shifts accordingly.

We provide dedicated 24/7 support, which includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers, and waking nights.

The Role

As a relief colleague, you will support individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their daily activities, such as shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and personal care. You may also engage in hobbies like arts & crafts, gardening, cinema visits, meals out, swimming, discos, and walks.

About You

No prior experience is necessary. We recruit based on values and transferable skills. We will pay for your training and provide practical skills, including funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees.

All we ask is that you:

  • Have a caring and compassionate attitude
  • Possess active listening skills
  • Have great communication skills
  • Maintain a positive approach to learning
  • Be confident in using computers

If you're interested, apply today! We look forward to hearing from you.

Successful candidates will need to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with our Training Academy's support.

If hired, you must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting employment.
