Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administration and support to the system-wide multi-disciplinary perinatal team.
  • Maintain diaries, arrange meetings, take formal minutes, and keep appropriate records using up-to-date templates.
  • Work with a managerial structure where you manage your own workload and are accountable for your actions.
  • Be highly motivated, flexible, and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems (including Word and Excel).
  • Gather personal details from people and upload onto the electronic patient record system (RiO) and meet deadlines.
  • Collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.
  • Work effectively within a team and share work streams where appropriate.
  • Line manage others and provide support and guidance for matters escalated by Clinical Services Administrators.
