Job description

We are seeking a junior Clinical Engineer (EBME) to work within a dedicated team at Watford Hospital, handling various medical devices to a high standard. This role involves physical and mental challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Carrying out Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns/repairs, and assembly of devices.
  2. Report writing and database management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, or HNC with equivalent qualification or professional experience.

As part of the clinical engineering team, you will work on electrical or mechanical medical equipment, assisting senior/specialist engineers in a busy department.

Working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Full details will be discussed at the interview.
