An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a Band 4 Team Leader to join the Central Booking Service (CBS) to support the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team.

We are seeking an individual with a professional attitude, dedication, and experience in people management.

Our Service operating hours are from 08:30 to 16:30. The service is currently based at Gee House, Nechells.

This role will involve admin and operational support to the management team.

Key responsibilities of the CBS Team Leader
  1. Support line management of part of the Children in Care and Education Health Care within CBS.
  2. Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes within the team.
  3. Monitor compliance with new processes.
  4. Manage staff performance, workloads, and resources effectively.
  5. Act as an escalation point for service user issues.
  6. Conduct regular 1-1 catch-ups and PDRs with team members.
