We are delighted to offer an opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated mental health support workers to join our busy and innovative CAMHS Outreach service. This role involves providing Home Treatment for young people with eating disorders. If you believe you are a good fit, we encourage you to submit your application promptly, as we will be capping the number of applications.
Our service operates from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, across Bristol, South Glos, and North Somerset. We are seeking a staff member to cover these areas. Due to the wide geographical coverage, the ability to travel is essential.
The role includes in-house training on eating disorders and their treatment models, such as Family Therapy for Anorexia Nervosa (FT-AN), CBT-E, and distress tolerance skills.
We also offer opportunities to access our wider CAMHS training curriculum, along with regular individual and group supervision. You will be working within a skilled, supportive, and caring team of registered and non-registered practitioners.
The temporary base is currently located in Perry Road, Bristol. Due to its central location and limited parking, staff must be physically able to walk to the base.
The team collaborates with community nursing, acute hospitals, and local CAMHS teams.
