A community health service provider in Birmingham seeks a part-time Administrative Support role to assist in the office's smooth operations. Within Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division we have a part time position of 18.75hrs p/w available at CU27, Good Hope Hospital which we are looking to fill on a 4 month secondment basis.
The post holders will be expected to support systems and processes in the team and underpin the smooth running of the office. It is, therefore, essential that you possess excellent organisational and communication skills. There will be an expectation for the postholder to provide cover for other teams within the Adults and Specialist Inpatient services.
The position requires some contact with members of the public, GPs, departments within the Trust, also with external agencies, so good communication and interpersonal skills will be required, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work.
