Essential: Good Standard of general Education GCSE level/equivalent
Desirable: Word Processing Qualification
Essential: Ability to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar administrative / business support role, Ability to demonstrate experience of maintaining office systems, including extensive use of computerised systems and filing
Desirable: NHS workplace experience
Essential: Ability to populate and monitor data bases/ spreadsheets, Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office (incl. Excel and Word), Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Ability to work in a challenging and busy environment whilst meeting tight deadlines
Essential: Excellent organisational skills, Committed team player, Personable and confident in communicating with all levels of staff
Desirable: Positive attitude and highly self motivated and can motivate others
