A healthcare service provider is seeking a Band 3 - Senior Administration Assistant in Watford, UK. The successful applicant will provide essential administrative support, maintain financial records, and assist with stock procurement. Candidates should have relevant experience in administrative roles and strong organizational skills. This role is integral to the efficiency of the UK NEQAS Unit.
The successful applicant will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support including: Acts as an administrative point of contact for participants and distributors of UK NEQAS services. Undertakes general administrative tasks, including assisting in the administration of the annual re-registration, preparing quotes, scanning, filing and assists in the administration team on ad hoc projects. Supports the procurement of stock and non-stock goods and stationery items for the UK NEQAS Unit by undertaking stock & inventory checks, tracks orders & authorises supply invoices to be passed for payment to Senior Managers. Supports the credit control process under the direction of the Administration Manager Maintains financial records & prepares credit control letters.
