An exciting opportunity for a Radiology Department Assistant at a leading NHS Foundation Trust in London. The role involves providing clinical support across various Radiology areas, ensuring high-quality care for patients. In this position, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a quality radiology service for our patients and referring medical staff.
This role involves providing clinical support to Doctors, Sonographers, and Radiographers throughout the department, and assisting with manual handling tasks in a manner that is safe for both patients and staff.
You will be required to rotate through different Radiology areas (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Breast unit, and A&E imaging) and assist staff in delivering high-quality care to a diverse range of patients.

The department is undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment, upgrading equipment in Nuclear Medicine, MRI, and the Interventional Unit.
The working pattern includes a mix of day shifts across 7 days. The department actively encourages continued professional development (CPD), with opportunities for further training and growth.
