Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant
Banding: Band 3
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Working Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £13 – £15 per hour
Duration: 3 months

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our esteemed client in Birmingham. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of pharmaceutical care, which is critical for accurate patient treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a broad spectrum of pharmacy-related tasks
  • Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting pharmacy equipment
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Supporting the pharmacy team in analysing and interpreting medication orders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification
