A leading NHS healthcare provider in Chipping Barnet is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support nursing teams in patient care delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with patient needs, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with health professionals. Ideal candidates should have a Care Certificate and relevant experience in healthcare. The competitive salary ranges from £29,651 to £31,312 per year, including allowances.

Key working relationships with all members of the multi-professional team, including nursing and medical staff, allied health professionals and support workers.
Maintain professional boundaries and working relationships with patients and colleagues
Work within own personal/professional limitations and seek help of others to maintain safe practice.
