Job Description

We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide high-quality professional support to the Evening Community Nursing team. The successful candidate will work various evenings across the 7-day week, demonstrating flexibility to cover shifts as required.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
  2. Supporting Team Leaders and IMT team to implement efficient office systems and procedures.
  3. Ensuring high standards of customer service when liaising with staff, external organizations, patients, and their relatives.
  4. Typing of letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various evening shifts across the week.
