Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust seeks a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for a Band 3 position supporting vulnerable young people with eating difficulties. This rewarding role combines basic nursing care with specialized support for children and adolescents in Liverpool’s leading pediatric hospital.
The ideal candidate will hold a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 3 in healthcare or equivalent experience, alongside English and Maths GCSE grades A-C or equivalent. Previous healthcare experience and expertise in working with young people facing eating challenges are essential for this specialist position.
This role offers the opportunity to provide vital nursing care and emotional support to children and families during challenging times, working within Alder Hey’s renowned multidisciplinary team dedicated to pediatric excellence.
