Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) are looking for a dynamic, organised, and efficient Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who will be working within our Primary Health Care team at Warminster Medical Centre.
This position offers 37.5 hours per week.

As the successful candidate, you will work as partof a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team, supporting the delivery ofprimary healthcare nursing including elements of occupational health.

We are searching for someone who is able towork unsupervised, providing high-quality nursing care to the medical facilitypopulation at risk holding an individual case load, and through consultationidentify, assess, and manage the care of patients with complex health needs,minor injuries, minor illnesses, and specific diseases within their level ofcompetence.
Manyof our practices are networked and linked to provide support to each other. Onoccasion within your planned working schedule, you may be requested to work atthe linked practice site. In these situations, travel time and cost will beallowed for.
Training and preceptorship will be provided to enable you to develop inyour role.

Selection Process Details
The sift will be completed within 10 working days of the vacancy closing date. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed.
There will be no reimbursement for any travel for interview.
