Excellent opportunities have arisen within Adults and Communities - Early Intervention Community Team at Ann Marie Howes Centre, for full time Rehabilitation Assistants (RA). This job is full time on a permanent contract and the role will require coverage of a 7 day service from 08:00 to 22:00.

Main duties of the job include performing a pivotal role within the Early Intervention Community Team, contributing to an innovative service for adults within the community and aiding in the development of comprehensive care plans for individual service users. The Early Intervention Community Team focuses on preventing avoidable hospital admissions and facilitating discharge. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Nurses and Therapists to achieve these goals.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is innovative and flexible and expectations are that staff will work shifts to provide a seven day service working between 08:00 and 22:00.
