Brook Street (UK) Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Band 3 Administrative Assistant to support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
This full-time position offers a six-month contract with the potential for growth in your administrative career.
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm

Rate of Pay:

  • £11.67 per hour, with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and maintaining organised filing systems.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all information related to service users and professional staff.
  • Efficiently manage referrals for the multi-disciplinary team using Trust systems and databases.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, oversee stock supplies, and assist in generating required statistics.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
  • Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous!
