An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our CMHT Admin Team at Northcroft. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and confidential administration service for the Multi-disciplinary Team working within an admin team.
Applicants should have relevant qualifications as per attached person specification. The applicant must be well organised and able to work to deadlines and targets and on their own initiative.
The successful applicant will be a focal point for patients and visitors attending Northcroft for out-patients appointments and answering calls for the team. The post holder will also spend part of their week dealing with the CMHT allocation in-box dealing with queries and signposting onto relevant staff members. Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills. You will need to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure. You must have the ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet the needs of the service.
The post holder will be expected to have a caring, professional and empathic approach, whilst also maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
